We were driving through Arizona and our Ford F250 broke down. After a week at another shop who couldn't figure out what was wrong, we got our truck to Premier Diesel. Logan and his wife were AWESOME - they found the problem, fixed it quickly, it didn't cost an arm and a leg and helped us get back on the road. They not only REALLY know diesel vehicles but they REALLY went above and beyond to help us out by driving us to other shop to get our car, helping us with the uHaul rental and just being so nice at a time when things were really rough. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Hands down the best service that I have ever gotten from going to a diesel mechanic shop. 👏👏 the front desk manager was very very very helpful on the phone and in person, she had a great positive attitude very helpful. She is also a beautiful, respectful, intelligent, young lady. The owner was also very very helpful and eager to get me back on the road, he also was very kind and discussed every detail to my satisfaction. 😎💯 In the event of the owner not being present his two technicians will be eager to answer any questions you many have. VERY clean and organized business if ever needed will return.😊

Dishonesty - Theft - Deliberate lack of integrity Thursday June 29th, 2017 about 5PM my '04 GMC Duramax lost power when driving through Camp Verde. We had it towed to Premier Diesel and prior to getting it there, showed up and spoke with Logan Robbins (owner) in person. The conversation was great and re-assuring. Friday mid-day we spoke again and Logan explained wiring harness issues and the unavailability to get one in optimal time. They spliced two wires for injector connections for cylinder 1 and 7, said that they drove is for over an hour and the problem was solved. We made arrangements to meet Saturday morning to pick up the truck and to pay $660 for the repair. $660!!! for … - diagnostics - 2 spliced harness wires - an hour of technician to drive the truck and say it was solved. I paid in cash because Logan said that would be preferred. Thought I was honoring him with trust, in hind sight I was naïve. I drove the truck 4.2 miles and the exact same thing happened again. Called Logan immediately and he said to limp it in (issue was with the connector clip on cylinder 7 which fails the whole bank and leaves the engine running on 4 cylinders) to the shop. I made it into the shop and Logan did meet me back to receive the truck. I leave the truck with Logan at Premier diesel. With the holiday weekend, it is understandable that it won't be until Wednesday that I hear from the shop. By 11 AM I haven't heard anything, so I give them a call. Logan says it won't be until Thursday before he can get me a price on a whole harness replacement, but that it could be close to $1,200. At this point I have lost confidence in the shop, so I elect to pick up the truck and tow it into Phoenix to a trusted mechanic. When I show up to Premier Diesel at 2:30 PM no vehicles are in the bays and the technician that Logan has had working on my truck is sitting in the lobby drinking beer. The technician explains to me that the truck is running fine now and the problem is with the connector clip on cylinder 7. Technician's words = "You can drive it no issue right now. When it fails again, just turn off the engine, climb up on the passenger side front tire reach back to that clip on 7 and wiggle it. It should start right back up and get ya down the road again." We did exactly that. 10 miles, then 4 miles and all on the highway which was very dangerous, so we towed it the rest of the way in to Phoenix and left it with our trusted mechanic. Thursday July 6th. Mechanic's diagnostic computer reveals no failures on injector 1 at all, and shows each of the injector 7 failures. New lip is installed. All of this in a 4 hour span, and 90 minutes of labor. The total repair. $185 for … - diagnostics - Injector connector clip - labor Problem solved. Working truck. I then proceeded to call and e-mail Logan Robbins, requesting a partial to full refund of the $660 for having identified the known issue and still charging me excessively and without repairing the problem. He offered a partial refund as we spoke over the phone on July 10th. While I believe the amount of offered refund is grossly insufficient, I erred on the side of patience. July 27th, 2017 - still received nothing. E-mailed Logan and called, no answer. July 31st, 2017 - Logan called back. As always Logan was kind and respectable when I spoke with him. He stated that I would be receiving a certified check within the week. August 10th, 2017 - still received nothing.
