These guys are awesome ! I broke down in Kingman with a vehicle I had just bought and was trying to drive home. I showed up late on a Friday and they stayed after to look at it with me and come up with a solution to get me back on the road that night. If it weren't for them I would have been stuck for a whole weekend or more. If your in Kingman and need any car work I would highly suggest these guys

Great people. They do good work and are reasonably priced. They worked on our jeep liberty and our DP motorhome. The estimates were right on and the work was done professionally and on time. You can't ask for anything more. It's nice to find a repair shop you can trust.

CROOKED AS HELL I took my truck to B&B Auto & Diesel Repair because it was running rough when starting. Brad told me that three injectors were misfiring and the other injectors were not good, either. He also told me that I needed to install an EGR Delete because the EGR will ruin my engine and I will blow a head gasket. He quoted me a price of $4,900.00 for 8 OEM injectors, an EGR Delete and a new oil cooler. When I asked Brad how do they warranty the EGR Delete, Brad said they do not provide paperwork on EGR Deletes. He also said, since the engine was torn down, I might as well install new ARP Head Studs to prevent a blown head gasket for another $1,100.00 and approximately $300.00 for parts tax. I agreed to his price to do the repairs and documented all of the costs he claimed would be necessary to complete the job. I asked him if there was anything I needed to sign, he said, "no". When I asked about the price of the parts, Brad said, "This is what they cost" he failed to mention their "Crazy-High Markups". The total cost $6,300.00 A week later, after doing some research, I discovered that it's illegal in all 50 states to install an EGR Delete and it's a federal crime. I informed Brent that it's illegal to install an EGR Delete and I told him to install a new EGR Cooler instead, so my truck would be legal. Brad told me that would cost me another $180.00. The new total $6,480.00 $4,900.00 8 OEM injectors, EGR Delete, oil cooler $1,100.00 ARP Head Studs $300.00 parts tax $180.00 BPD EGR Cooler difference ---------------- $6,480.00 TOTAL When I arrived to pick up the truck, Brad handed me a bill for $7,057.86 I was overcharged $577.86 I had no choice but to pay the bill, because they had my vehicle and I had no paperwork. I was not provided with anything in writing prior to the work being done and in the end, they failed to honor their word. When I asked Brad about the price discrepancy, he just walked away. After receiving my truck and the repair bill, I did some research on the costs of the parts they installed on my vehicle and I believe they marked up the parts as much as $2,000.00. Below is a list of B&B Auto & Diesel Repair's crooked ways: 1 They tried to delete the EGR on my vehicle 2 They lied about the EGR laws 3 They scammed me out of a written estimate 4 The scammed me out of any recourse 5 They scammed me for $577.86 6 They failed to honor our verbal agreement 7 They should have contacted me prior to any costs overrun 8 They lied on the bill, claiming I gave them prior approval 9 I believe they charged me $2,000.00 in Crazy-High Markups 10 $7,000.00 Dollars and they couldn’t spell my name correctly on the bill 11 They tried to get me to violate state and federal laws by deleting my EGR. Here's their hustle: Talk the customer into deleting their EGR, and then deny them a written estimate. This allows them to gain all legal and financial power over their customer, and it allows them to exploit their customer for maximum profits possible and complete legal protection. 1) Since the customer has no estimate or anything in writing (they can charge whatever they want - and they do). 2) Deleting any EGR/smog device, prevents anyone from taking any legal action against them because it's illegal in all 50 States and it's a federal crime. I listened to a twenty minute spiel on how great it is to delete your EGR and how great my engine will run. Brad told me that when he got his new truck, the first thing he did was delete the DEF, and it was the best thing he ever did and he does it to all of his vehicles, as soon as he buys them, he deletes the smog devices - it's wonderful. Scam Artist Apparently, B & B Auto & Diesel Repair is just another crooked operator scamming the citizens of Kingman AZ. Any reasonable person could not logically reach any other conclusion considering all the facts listed above. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! ! !

I have taken many work trucks to Brent and this is by far the best place in Mohave County to have your trucks serviced. He always figures the problem out and fix it right!
