Really bad experience, I would not recommend going here. They do not do the work they charge you for. They don't use factory parts. And they over charge. They keep extending the time it takes to fix your vehicle and will lie to your face. I had to take my vehicle to another shop to fix their mistakes.

This shop is great! Prices are fair and customer service is awesome. Had them do a transmission rebuilt on one of my vehicles, and some general work on 2 other cars. In each case the work was done professionally and on-time!

Owner Scott and technician Bill did me right on my HHR transmission problem. I was pointed their direction by another satisfied customer. I'd highly recommend them to anyone living in the Lake Havasu City area!

No stars, no truck, going into week 4. UPDATE Now that I'am home. It was the worst experience. I or my brother ever had. I don't believe they had a clue what they were doing. They sent us home 2 times with oil leak. Some-thing we didn't have when the truck went into the shop. After we get it fixed here, we will revue are option. Tim Flagg- Denny Flagg

Horrible been a few times in here first time 3 weeks later got car back bob owner blamed it not having mechanics. Seems like every time I go in they say one price then jumps up and you NEVER get car back when they say you will.I never complain about money I just say do it.This time I brought diesel bus in Monday bob calls me said it needs turbo I said do it. Calls back two hours later said it needs map sensor and other parts I said do it.He said it will be done by Friday I said perfect (because I had jobs set up for it) I go in there Friday at 4 pm Larry manager said sorry won't be done. He said we can try and bribe mechanics to stay and finish it.I don't have a choice do it. 6 pm comes around bus sounds worse than ever first Larry blames the turbo he got is bad (wow $1200 turbo bad ?)So I had to call and cancel 3 jobs.He calls me Monday late afternoon and said its done.quote was 1800 now over $2000. People this is not the place for you they lie to your face and all they want is your wallet
