I drove my 26' Minnie Winnie in for a bath... and what a great job they did, $1.25 a foot... $32 dollars... it would have taken me hours and a lot of quarters to wash it as good as they did.

I would give them a zero if I could, because that's how much they helped me. I rented a diesel pick up truck and am driving a 29' travel trailer across country with my two small children. One of the tires on the RV is almost completely flat and a lug nut is missing. They had 3 out of 4 bays empty and refused to help me. "We don't patch small tires, you can go back into Blythe, maybe buy some lug nuts at AutoZone." Seriously? They're sitting on their butts behind the counter, they have only one customer, I've got two small kids, a flat tire and a dangerously missing lug nut and they're going to refuse to help me. Talk about a complete lack of compassion. Jerks. I hope they go out of business.

Why was there another mechanic from a different shop was trying to fix another truck all they could do is snicker and make fun of him and tell how bad he is in front of me in front of another customer

I called in the morning @ 0700, they open before any other shop in town, and Chiné answered the call on the first ring. She and shop were very knowledgeable on their inventory. Pricing was competitive. Dakota did a great job with request on spares being saved and mounted on the back, marking each tire. They are a busy shop, but very busy area and had us rolling right away after replacing 4 new tires. Well worth any wait! Thank you for the great service! #thebossshop
