This guy wasted my time. Told me he'd let the car cool down, then left. When he came back he said he wanted to continue waiting. Told me he had an appointment to go to. When I asked about prices, all he did was give me the run around that implied it was going to take a long time to diagnose my car and he would charge me for it. When I asked specifically how much or an estimate, he didn't answer. I gave up and left.

Called to get a price quote on installing some new parts on my vehicle and was abruptly interrupted with the gentleman stating that he doesn't do that type of thing and that I had to buy the parts from or else. Yeah, no thanks I'll look elsewhere where as most shops will gladly install new parts for you at whatever their particular labor rates are.
