Best mechanic! Friendly, reliable, and affordable! Hector is an amazing man (he's the owner)

Paid over 2,000.00. For brakes replaced everything but the calipers yet it sits in my driveway.

If it were possible to give this a business a zero, I would have! Let me start by saying that they tried to sell me a part that I didn't need- that cost $600. They were unable to find a leak in my ac system, so they decided to try to sell me on replacing the compressor after I explained that the a/c had blown cold air a week ago after a small amount of freon had been put in to test it. So I told them I wasn't comfortable with paying that price unless they warrantied their labor and diagnosis. They could not do that, so I asked them to just put freon in and dye in so we can see where the leak was coming from. While I was waiting (5 hours!!! and I had two guys working on my car right in front of me)- I heard stories from the owner talking about how he would go out and try to help people (mainly women) that were broke down on the side of the road. He got angry when he described that the women tried to avoid him and said they didn't need his help. While it started off as a heartwarming story of a businessman out in the community helping people, it turned creepy to see how mad he got when describing how he didn't get why women wouldn't take his help or didn't know why they avoided him. Being the only woman in the garage, I was alarmed and very uncomfortable. I couldn't wait to leave. The garage's waiting room is inside the middle of the garage. If this guy were a good businessman, he'd realize that this set up is against OSHA regulations and he could get shut down for this. Also, when it came time to pay, he got uneasy about me using a credit card. He asked if I could use my checking account instead of a credit card. When I told him that would not work for me, he reluctantly tried to use his square reader. He had no idea how to use it, so I tried to help him (as I wanted to get the hell out of there). He swiped my card and it showed up on my phone notifications from my credit card company that the transaction had gone through. The owner said that it did not work and demanded that I go to pull out cash from my account. So as far as my overall review, there wasn't just one thing I didn't like about this place.. it was every step of the way that was an awful experience. The owner is your basic rip off artist that tries to make you believe he's an honest mechanic and then his staff takes hours to try to figure out what's wrong, but was unable to do so without the owner telling them how to do their job. Very unprofessional, very creepy... DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

He has good knowledge about all types or cars

We have taken all three of our cars here since we moved to AZ 3 yrs ago. We are so happy we found someone honorable and in return they have our loyalty. My husband knows they saved us money on a couple repairs that would have been much more expensive elsewhere. Thank you!”
