Eric has always treated me right and tells you whats going on with you vehicle. Probably about 10 years ago took my truck in for a tune up. About 2 months later it wouldn't start, just cranked. I checked things but didn't see the issue so called Eric. He arranged a tow truck. He quickly diagnosed the problem, a spark plug wire melted on the exhaust manifold. He took ownership of the problem saying that it shouldn't have happened and replaced them all making sure they were installed right with spacers to hold them out of the way, all free of charge and paid for the tow. Other shops may have made excuses, or only warrantied parts but not labor, or not towing. Great business and treats you right, truly a mechanic that you can trust.

My husband, daughter and myself have been going to Eric's Automotive for fifteen plus years and have had the best care and honest reliability from Eric and his staff. He is reasonable and doesn't over indulge in sticker price for parts. We will continue to go to him for our auto repairs and maintenance for as long as we can.

Eric knows his stuff. I usually do my own repairs, but whenever I am trumped by issues I can't diagnose, then I go to Eric's. He'll diagnose the issue and then I'll have the choice to either have him fix it or fix it myself. I just wish it was open weekends, but I know you've got to make time for the family.

Honest, knowledgeable, fair pricing. I've been twisting wrenches for 50+ years, nice to know I can trust these guys to get it done and get it done right.
