I wouldn’t let them touch my vehicle if they payed me to do so. They mess it up so that a more expensive repair will come down the road I have to pay 2000 to get my vehicle fixed now because they took a perfectly working fuel delivery system in my truck and bypassed my lift pump so the injector pump would go out. Now I have to replace all of it. Plus terry’s sister said he does things like that all the time. And that he will lie when you catch him. Plus they broke other more minor things in my truck and overcharged for breaking stuff. Good thing I took it to a trusted mechanic. It’s time this con artist gets exposed.

The work and the mechanics are pretty damn good. The prices that management charges for their services are simply outrageous they will charge you for parts that wasn't even used and all kinds of add-on for materials and so forth and so on go somewhere else if you want to get a fair price for the repair work done

Lied to us about out transmission because they were too busy to bother with it! I wish they would have just been honest and said they had too much happening!

I've been a customer since 2008. Terry & his crew have kept my 99 F350 on the road. No easy feat, because I'm always working with minimum funds. The are honest, very reasonable rates, and they fix it right the first time. I highly recommend them. They'll treat ya right, charge ya a fair price, and stand behind their work.

These guys were great! I broke down just out of town and was able to get to the Nampa parts store in town and they referred me to them. I got there and they went right to work to get me back on the road. They even had to take my drive line to get rebuilt and I was in and out the same day. I would highly recommend anyone to use Craig Motorcraft. When I break down in the future I hope i am by these guys again.
