Had my Chevy Duramax diesel in for some repair work related to fuel supply in September of 2015. Jason and his crew were courteous and helpful. Repairs were done in a timely fashion and return trip home was without any fuel related problems. Thought their repair cost were fair and they tried to be very accommodating.

If going to a repair shop can be considered a "wonderful" experience... THIS WAS THE CREAM OF THE CROP WONDERFUL!! Expert staff, friendly service and the best prices I've found around. Not only did they correct a problem I have had three other local shop TRY to fix. But they did it in half the time and at 1/3 the cost. Super clean, friendly and low cost. Professionals! Thanks Jason, Darrell and Nina!!!

First off, atrocious customer service. The manager, Jason, leaves the shop frequently and at inconvenient times. He failed to keep me informed about the status of my vehicle for the SIX days he had it (supposed to be a one-two day job, mind you) and would only sometimes return my phone calls to his personal cell phone (his actual Auto Shop line didn't answer the phone even one time.) His assistant is also poor at speaking with customers; rude, uncaring, and shows no desire to help. Before I took my car in on Thursday, I wrote an extensive list of what I would like to have done to my car, including the typical oil change and tire rotation, and left it in my car when I dropped it off. My mother also called Jason and ran through my list with him, and he said he would check for those items as well as run a general diagnostic and let me know what needed to be done, and then what we would like to pay for. That call was never returned. I managed to stay in contact with him each day he had my car, and told me on 5 consecutive days that my car would be done the next day. After having my car for six incredibly inconvenient days, the receipt I received had only 2 of my 5 completed items on it. Jason wasn't even at the shop to take my payment when it was finally "done" that next Wednesday...can only wonder why. Bottom line: there are plenty of reliable auto shops in the area, but this isn't one of them.

Rated 1 because 0 was not an option! They were seemingly nice people. I should have known when the tow truck driver did not know of the shop how bad it was going to be. I hit a curb bending and braking parts in rear suspension. Multiple times I was told it was completed and I could come pick it up. Each time it was not ready, they were either unresponsive or the shop was closed during business hours. They continually gave me excuses and telling me what I wanted to hear but not the truth. Besides leaving me stranded the worse part is that the work was deplorable. The brakes failed within one block from leaving the shop! I took it to another shop for an inspection and was told that my car was unsafe to drive and they could not allow me to drive it off the lot for my safety! Parts were missing, brakes were installed incorrectly, and it was the most out of alignment that they've seen. Keep in mind when I drove away from the Auto Stop I was told it was all "fixed" aligned and balanced. This has all been documented and confirmed by two reputable shops and certified mechanics.

These guys are top-notch! Unmatched customer service & an incredibly knowledgeable crew. They knew exactly what to do with my Volkswagen and I will definitely be coming back. Thanks for everything Auto Stop.
