I own a 2006 Mustang and I love it, but let's face it. It's old, it's got 134,000+ miles on it, and it's been through a lot. And I mean, it's a Mustang... Every single time I've had a problem with it, which is more than I'd like to admit, I've brought it to these guys. Excellent customer service, fantastic mechanics, they're always super friendly and their prices are very reasonable. No matter what problem I bring in, they tackle it with confidence. The man who sits at the front desk, Steve, is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I would not hesitate to recommend this repair shop to anyone. Definitely the best place I've brought my car, and I will continue to do so.

Honesty. The number one selling point of a good mechanic. Steve and crew are certified do-you-right mechanics that stand by their work with market fair prices as well. Major car repair is not a service anyone wants, but these guys make it far less painful.

I can’t say enough good things about Total Automotive in Lowell. We have taken my son’s mustang in several times and they always take excellent care of us. They have earned our loyal business! If you are looking for an honest, thorough mechanic—this is the place to go. Steve and his crew will take care of you.

We have taken two different vehicles in with potentially extensive/expensive repairs being needed and in both cases was advised that they were minor issues which were repaired completely and inexpensively. Great shop run by great honest people. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I have taken a couple cars here several times. The people are always nice, and prices are very reasonable. They replaced my water pump and timing belt for over a thousand dollars less than other estimates I got. Could not be more pleased with their service.
