Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! I'll try to keep it simple. Took my truck to get a DOT inspection. Failed the inspection. Asked the mechanic to show me the air leak and power steering leak that cause me to fail. Mechanic told me F*** You I don't have to show you nothing. He said if he showed me I might try to fix it myself. They gave me a $580 estimate for a 15min fix. I paid $220 for a tow and am gonna get the "problems" fixed for around $120. I didn't read the reviews until it was too late! There were 2 other drivers there upset about their inspections as well. 1 was a new hire landstar driver that just paid because he didn't wanna argue and mess his chances up at a new company. The other had his own authority and said screw this I'm out!

I have no words how to describe this shop-robbers , layers , very unprofessional. My truck did not start in the morning,I called them and ask if they can fix it , Kacie said they have very good electrician and as soon they got they truck I Start hearing new stories every day. They have been holding my truck for 3 weeks and did not fix it, now I have to tow it to the dealer. They charge 40% on top of the dealers price for the parts . Kacie always says that will cal with an update but never call. May be they are good in oil changes ,but not in fixing trucks. Even after I paid by credit card they hold my truck for tree days . After that when the tow truck came to pick it up he said that all the plastics and wires were taken a part and the did not want to put back together . Peterbilt dealer found a problem within a day , it was just an ECU !!! I would never advice them to no one even to my enemy.

Be very careful with this company! Don't be surprised if the make up stuff like "your truck needs special tools that need to be rented and you have to pay for the rental of those tools". And if you decide not to pay for the rental of those tools, don't be surprised that this people will charge you whatever they want and they will not even ask you if you're okay with those charges! Mine was over $600.00 just for the rental of a tool that they should've been responsible to have in the first place! Then if you ever decide to be mad about your discontent and let them know be prepared to be threatened! Be sure to say anything you want to say "very clearly" so that they don't change anything you say and then threaten you cause they will! Just be very careful about getting service from this company and make sure they ask or let you know how much they will charge you "IN A WRITTEN CONSENT FORM" just like any other company would do.

Worse repair shop ever. Swore up and down can repair truck. Tell me why 2 weeks later, they still can't figure it out problem. Then they want to bad mouth All other shops around the area. These ppl are a joke. Secretary is a sweet heart at first, once drop off truck, her whole attitude changes. She is completely rude beyond words. Mind you, all it is is truck doesn't want to start....after diagnostic test and all, still no answer from shop. 2 weeks in....

Bad service money hunger little shop !!! No TRAILER parking don’t go here with your trailer for landstar inspection they will nail you for expensive repairs , worse than TA !!!
