The tow truck driver that assisted me was awesome. A total and competent professional. His name is Mike Emerson. It was a joy to watch him methodically go about getting my car turned over upright and on to the tow truck. He is an asset to your company. I could not be more satisfied with his service. Again I want too thank him. He was awesome.

People make the business. Armando responded to my distress. Ford F 150 towing my 1967 Safari Airstream. He knew exactly what to to. Armando is one in a million. Polite, saavy. The kind of guy you need by your side in a bad situation .. took me from 4 corners Kramer Junction to Torrance / LA. So he says to me in LA about 11 PM. “Call us if you should help again.” I told him I would like to call him. Just to know him..be his friend! Superlatives like “awesome”fall short..

I was totally satisfied! My technician, Norman, arrived quickly, was super friendly and explained every step of the process to me. He checked my battery, starter and alternator. He even answered questions I thought may seem to simple to him, like where to attach the cables if I ever needed a jump. Norman did not make me feel dumb for asking, he showed me and treated me with the best customer service I ever received from any roadside assistance professional. Norman was quick and made sure I felt safe driving off. Also, bonus points for the sweet mustache.

Norman went above and beyond fixing my tire for me. Even had to bring out a special tool set because my lug nut caps were stripped and/or broken caps. He is very knowledgeable and I am so lucky he was my technician. Thank you so much Norman! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Mike was awesome, he met me up at the Whitney portal trailhead after i lost my keys in the waterfall, it was getting cold and dark and he came just in time to get me into my car. I couldn’t have been more grateful. Very kind, hard working young man. I’m so glad You have someone stationed in Lone Pine, otherwise it would have been an incredibly long wait in the dark and cold. Thanks again Mike and American towing:))
