Be aware! This place will scam you for your money! Brought my car into Alex, Had a $125 Diagnostic done on my ride. To find out that I needed a new clutch..and my idle mixtur screw was missing on my Carburetor. No biggie but when he told me it would be over $1000 to do the clutch I had to simply pass because who charges that much for a clutch for an older model Japanese car? Which he claimed was severely slipping. and that was not the case it was still drivable it just had a lack of power. He expressed that he can fix the Carburetor but would have to order the part (That he claimed was missing) I also passed and decided I wanted to get a second opinion. If he was going to try and charge me $1000 for a clutch how much was he going to charge me for a $25 idle screw that had to be ordered and screwed back in. By this point I knew Alex wasn't being completely accurate and honest with pricing..and exactly what needed to be done with my car. I told him I'll pay for the diagnostic and go. I go to start up my car and leave and my car would not stay on. I explained to Alex why is my car worse now than when I brought it in? And he couldn't give me an answer. Well several days later took my car into a reputable auto repair shop out of town that a friend recommended. Confirmed that clutch was going out and needed to be replaced. I asked how much they would charge $250 Labor and $110 for new clutch kit. No hesitation on my end so i said go ahead and do it. I also explained the troubles I was having with my Carburetor..and they said they will take a look at it. Well i called a day later, To find out clutch was completed and nothing was wrong with my Carburetor as it just needed to be adjusted and they did that for free. So now my car is running fine with any issues. To the shop who fixed my clutch and Carburetor will forever always have me as a loyal customer. And to Alex i think you proved just because we live in the good ol' Bradbury area doesn't mean we have money to give away. You really need to come down on your pricing and start being more honest to customers. And to all the Customers if you feel like something isn't right get a second opinion trust me it will save you a whole lot of money in the long run.

Alex and his staff are true professionals. They know their stuff when it comes to repairing cars and are always honest and up front with you. My family has been taking our cars to Alex for years and will continue to do so with each new car we get. They are an excellent group.
