Betty Knows her Stuff-Very Impressed. Very Honest. I felt one hundred percent confident that she is the place to go. She picks up her phone which is refreshing after calling Paul's Diesel Service (who is too busy to return calls)

This review is more of a huge thank you and a recognition towards how amazing Sutherland Diesel is with their KNOWLEDGE and their CUSTOMER SERVICE. Saturday night my 97’ 12 valve was having acceleration issues and eventual stalled on me on the 14 North. Had a healthy crank but had a hard time turning over and when it did start it wouldn’t stay on for long without keeping my foot on the acceleration. After doing some research on a Cummins forum I kind of had a conclusion that my issue was related to the fuel supply system. Today I contacted Betty at Sutherland Diesel and told her my issues and immediately she gave me a check list of interventions to do for my 12 valve (by the way she was already swamped with other clients trucks being serviced). She stated that it was most likely a fuel filtration issue so she took the time out of her busy schedule to supply me with a new Baldwin fuel filter ($50) and told me to clean out my secondary fuel filter that was a mesh-like material right next to the fuel transfer pump and so I did. Then I primed the pump until fuel was present out of the fuel injectors, turned it over and it fired right up! And the big part for me was it stayed on! Not being too knowledged on diesels Betty gave me th information and supplies that I needed to succeed and it only cost me $50 and a about 45mins. Being a person that enjoys learning new things and has the mentality to either hit it with a hammer or use a whole roll of duct tape I’m extremely grateful that Betty helped me out and saved me any further cost! You’re awesome Betty!! Thank you Sutherland Diesel! *drops mic*

I lost service mid call but they're awesome. Took the time to help me understand some things going on with my truck from another state away. (Long story) I recomend.

I took my truck to Sutherland Diesel Performance because my turbos didn’t fit right. Betty reinstalled them correctly and she even called DPS when she found that the twin kit didn’t fit the way it was supposed to. Betty got them to send me new AC lines and a new hot pipe free of charge. She did a great job installing the turbos and head studs. She’s completely honest. Can’t wait to go back to have my ATS transmission installed. Thank you Betty!

I was passing through Palmdale when I discovered fuel leaking from my truck. I found Sutherland and they took great care of me. They got me in fast, worked with me to help find the problem, and got it resolved quickly. The service was top notch. I noticed several other locals with nice trucks getting service done as well, which made me feel good about the business.
