Been a while since I felt as well supported by everyone in the boatyard and in the office. The work is first class and folks there are very kind.

Great chandlery. An authorized Gill seller, with a nice range of foul-weather gear at good prices. Staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Nice local alternative to the big box retailers.

Where are the Whistles?!My parent's always considered this place as a go to spot whenever going into Alameda. My pop always considered it like a grown-ups version 'kid in a candy shop' for quality marine products. He used to work as a civilian NAS in Alameda after being honorably discharged as a 1st LT after WWII. He was was promoted in 1962 to be The Inspector of Naval Material with the Dept. of Defense, Dept. of the Navy on Treasure Island. So he had his standards! Now my mom's favorite was the Glow in the Dark whistle she got there and wore it on her wrist for safety & it shows you were in business 25 years at the time. I still have it! c

I bought a 20hp tohatsu outboard for my inflatable and the price was very competitive. Service is great . The contact guy I use there is Michael tossi and he's great in service and sales. Thumbs up.

Ordered a pair of Vanguard 15 shrouds with stay masters. It took 2 days to custom make them and they cost fully half of any other price I could find and I spent quite a bit of time looking. Would highly recommend.
