Very happy with work they did to service my 30 year old RV generator. Bob and Sandra both very pleasant and professional to deal with. They didn't replace anything that didn't need replacing. The generator works really well now. It's a good idea to be able to leave your equipment with them for a bit to allow time for a quality job.

Cummins Pacific, aka Cummins West, is also the Allison transmission dealer in the area. It sells parts and service. If you know the part number, call ahead, and if they don't have it in stock, they'll order if for you for pickup or deliver it to your location. If your vehicle needs service, drive it in or tow it in. Service is not very fast, but there are a lot of backlog, as this is a popular place and they don't just do engines (and transmissions) but the whole vehicle. And unlike a lot of smaller repair places, they will work on buses too. Price is not cheap, but you get a lot for the money.

Don't bother. Made appt, arrived early. Spent hours to get to the closest official cummins dealer and lost several profitable work days to be there. They didn't even touch my generator. Wasted my whole day because the rep didn't wanna bother on a Friday. Would rather I waste my day sitting around than be honest about it. Hope he enjoyed his 2+hr lunch break. What's the point of an appointment?
