Fast, clean, great service!! Perry's is the most thorough and helpful automotive shop I have ever used. I will NEVER use another facility for my vehicles!! Give them a try... you will enjoy the experience and trust.

The use of photo's available to me online after a quick visit shows me that what was claimed to be checked was indeed checked. Very helpful staff. Knowledgeable and friendly! Recommend this shop above all I have been to in Redding that have recently touched my vehicle! Thank you!

One won't find friendlier or better customer service, anywhere. It was my first time at Perry's Automotive. Just needed a smog check but the owner, Jeremy, took care of me, himself. It's apparent that the folks at Perry's Automotive LOVE what they do. Who wouldn't want to do business with such people?

Traveling up to Oregon and ended up having an issue with our transmission. We stopped by to get it checked out without an appointment, not even five minutes went by when they had someone to test drive our vehicle. After that he was quick to find common issues that happen on my make and model. He gave me advice on what I should do and offered a few things he could do but told me that it ultimately wouldn't fix the real problem right now. He told me that if he were in my shoes that he'd continue on instead of charging me for something that I didn't need. I wasn't charged at all for his time and service. Oh and to add to it, before I left the hotel I had called two locations, one place up the street and here. The place up the street definitely didn't seem friendly while the woman at Perry's definitely seemed to know more and asked me questions instead of trying to get me off the phone. All around great service.

The customer service was outstanding and they had my Ford Ranger pickup diagnosed and back to me very quickly saving me big bucks over what the dealership was wanting to charge me. Perry's Automotive is now my go to place for my vehicle repairs. If you aren't taking your vehicle to Perry's Automotive to get fixed i don't even know what you're doing with your life.
