I wish I found LTM before I had to take out a loan to pay for my other repair bill, that didn't even fix the issue! Thank you again, Lonie! You made my reunion possible!

Mobile RV Repair, or No Repair..... We had a heater go out in a 2014 5th Wheel Toy Hauler while on vacation. As my husband, a Ford Diesel Technician, tried to diagnose and repair as he could (he admits, he is not familiar with RV systems), he was able to test 3 switches in the system (all where good), as a friend's friend diagnosed over the phone to a Circuit Board, we decided to get the 1st mobile RV repair guy out, a place that google came up with: LTM . They could come out at 3 pm, he showed up at 3:30 pm. His entire tool case included a Leatherman and multimeter. We gave the Trailer info and a furnace model number before he left the shop, but the parts he showed up with were Thermal Couplers, which do not fit a 2014 unit (they fit RV's built before 2000 or so). My husband had the furnace easily accessible (on a table), and explained all the electrical testing he did, and asked the guy what all else it could be. We got no answers, but by 5:05 PM, the guy agreed with my husband that the only thing it could be is the circuit board (The friend's friend 's phone diagnosis and the part that the paid repair guy did NOT bring with him). The price will be $190 for the part, but the place he recommended closed at 5 pm, so another night on vacation without heat. The guy charged us $405.00 to NOT fix the issue! He charged extra to stop and bring the parts that do not fit our unit. To be fair: the hourly rate is $140, and they were ~35 min away, and the heater did not "act up" for the 1st hour he was there, so we expected ~$200 - $280, to FIX the problem. The next morning, we went to an RV repair/parts store (google incorrectly said non-mobile) to buy a circuit board for $120 (not $190), and the owner/mobile repair guy had a strong understanding of RV heater systems. He did not want to sell us a circuit board until he heard the diagnosis steps taken. Within 5 minutes of conversation, he agreed a circuit board needed to be replace, nothing else would be the answer. I highly advise AGAINST this repair facility due to the technician's lack of knowledge of RV heater systems.

My problematic RV went out on me (AGAIN!) and left me on the side of the road at almost midnight! I called LTM and they got a mechanic right out to me. I had to be towed in and I just knew it was going to break the bank. I ended up staying the night and they had hook-ups and everything for me! First thing in the morning they got my RV repaired and the price was VERY reasonable. I haven't had an issue since! Thank you to everyone at LTM! I don't know what I would have done without you!

Went to this place with a front end problem on a 27 year old motorhome. I've had enough front end work done in my life to be expecting the worst. Instead they worked long and hard, charging less than expected. They have a genius of a mechanic, Mark, a wonderful analytical mind and very thorough. Seems the more complex the problem the better he likes it. Sure appreciated Mark, as well as Andy's hard work. Two Thumbs Up LTM!!! We will return with our future RV repairs. Thanks

Our Toyota 4runner broke down, leaving my lady & I stranded just outside of Powers in the rain. We called LTM for assistance & they were AWESOME! Sean was able to determine the alternator burnt up over the phone, he dispatched a tow truck to get us home & take the vehicle to the shop to change out the alternator. Everyone at LTM is AMAZING! Their customer service is outstanding, with knowledgeable & professional staff who go the extra mile to get you back on the road ASAP! Lonie Baldrige, the owner went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we had a vehicle before the end of the day so my girlfriend & I had transportation to enjoy our Thanksgiving. Huge thanks to all of you & Happy Holidays!
