I'm a car guy, but with all the modern computer things that can happen, when I am in over my head, John's is the place I take our cars. They are fair about pricing, knowledgeable, and they had me back on the road in one day. I'd been referred to them by another happy customer and boy am I glad I asked about them. There was an ignition issue on my work truck that I couldn't figure out with all the scan tools and multi-meters I could plug in; they diagnosed it in an hour and had me back on the road the same day. They also took care of the more involved maintenance issues that I didn't want to tackle at home. I highly recommend them.

I believe that God was looking out for me this week when I heard about this shop on local radio station, The Fish. No sooner than the radio announcer finished praising John’s automotive for its honesty and quality, that I looked down and saw that the engine light on my Toyota Solara had turned on. I gave John’s a call and spoke with Rob and Vince who were super helpful and explained everything in ways even I could understand. I brought my car in for testing on my lunch break and was able to get a ride back to work with Jamie, who was just a delight to chat with. They were able to diagnose the problem as a faulty part that had just been replaced last year. I was able to call the shops that had done the previous repairs and confirm the part was still on warranty. Their attention to detail and honesty saved me hundreds of dollars. I’m so thankful that I heard that commercial for John’s. Now I know I have a mechanic in town that I can trust.
