Great heavy-duty truck repair, long time in business, good people

I live in Kentucky, i have been hauling cattle in and out of California since 1981. On August 5th 2016 my Kenworth broke down on i 80 about 60 mile east of Sacramento. Around the 9th of August I talked to Diesel Specialties in Fowler California, they said yes we will fix your truck, just need to get it down to our shop. On August 15th Diesel Specialties had my truck towed to their shop in Fowler California. They said the labor to do the job if they had to take engine out of truck would be $6,000.00, and total cost would be 14-15,000.00, and it would take 3-4 weeks. They had my truck tore down in their shop for almost 3 months. My truck was finally done on November 8th. The cost ended up being 3,500.00 more than i was initially told. And then they said we will warranty our work and parts we installed one year. I paid my bill in full, $19,603.00, when i picked the truck up, during the 3 months they kept my truck we lost approximately 80,000 in gross revenue. In February 2017 my engine started leaking coolant and oil between head and block, i made diesel specialties aware of problem. Stopped by there in April Jose it will be ok to run it. In May 2017 on the 19th I told Tino at Diesel Specialties I was going to have to take my truck to the Peterbilt dealership at home to get engine repaired, Tino said ok go ahead a take it and we will honor our warranty. The cost to get truck engine rebuilt again in Kentucky at Peterbilt dealership was $11,481.00 because counter bores had not been cut and Diesel Specialties did not put a new spacer plate on. The truck is still at the Peterbilt dealership in London kentucky, the engine work has been done since the 25th of May. I have only been able to talk to Diesel Specialties a few times, but wont answer my calls now and will not return my calls either. In the meantime I have a repair bill at The Peterbilt dealership for $11,481.00 I cant pay, and Diesel Specialties wont make good on their warranty and the work they done.

Lies about parts being new and charges you for it just to make extra cash. Service deserves no star. Gave them 3 days and still couldn't find out the issue.
