My RV broke down while driving and had to tow it to this place. Well, I'm glad that I brought it here. These guys were all nice and welcoming. Immediately went to repairing my RV without hesitations and they got it fixed fast! It's not my first time going to repair shop but I can clearly tell the quality of the work was a cut above from the rest. Worth it giving this place five stars!

My clutch fried on my way up for a couple days of camping at Pineknot. I give Phil's 5 stars - they could not have been any better. The pricing was reasonable, quality work, and everyone on their staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended if you find yourself in a similar situation.

These people are great. My breaks went out on my way up there, and they did everything they could to get it fixed in a timely manner and right the first time. They were all very nice and they even gave us a ride to AND from the motel we stayed at (we needed to have parts delivered the next day). Extremely fair pricing. I have seen other shops charge WAY more for this particular job. Will never take any of my vehicles any where else in Big Bear.

I needed to replace my tires and brakes and I found Phil’s Automotive after searching online. I called other automotive shops, but they were higher priced when comparing the same quality parts. Phil's service was also great and I liked the two year or 24,000 mile warranty that they gave on the brakes. It was a great job done by Phil’s Automotive.

Gave me an oil change and helped point out that I had an oil leak and pointed out what most likely was causing it. Then proceeded to quote me WAY too much to fix it. A singular valve cover gasket replacement shouldn't cost me anywhere near $250. Don't trust their quotes, but basic services are fine.
