Came here after calling to make sure a rim and tire were in stock for my car. The girl on the phone was too busy to handle my call atthe momwnt I called so she asked to return my call within the hour, I ended up calling back because closing time ended up approaching with no call back to me ever made. No big deal, I was told to head over and I was quite excited because I had been to a few places within a 25 mile radius and had no good luck finding what I needed. When I showed up, I was told that I needed to go to their sister shop down the street because they disnt have what I needed after all - the girl on the phone made an error. We went to the other shop where they thought they found the rim needed at the shop we just left so they requested thw rim be brought over by someone to prevent anymore run around on my end. The same girl made another error over that phone call too though, and we ended up not able to get the rim needed unless we had them order it. Crunched for time and money and having dealt with the connected mess in the rain, the sister shop worked some magic and were able to actually repair the rim we already had and at no charge to us. This shop made the mistakes but its sister shop down the street made up for it and then some. The sister shop gets the 5 stars this time. But overall a good, honest, fair couple of shops. This branch needs some employee training though or perhaps more staff. This review was written at least a few months after my visit, the same people might not even work there anymore anyway.

This is a friendly place with very good staff. Their service is fast and the prices are fair. Having multiple locations so close to one another, each selling different products, can get confusing.

Horrible ! Waited forever and they mess up my center hub cap on my rims. They stripped the tread on my rims and now my center piece cap doesn't stay on right because I can't tighten the bolt because it's stripped . I can see maybe one happening but 3 ? I didn't notice all this until I got home annnd i was missing a cap on one of my rims, I'm guessing one flew off ! I'm never going there again. I wouldn't recommend it either.
