Car completely broke 2 days after repair (transmission total failure). Came to Leale's Auto with noise what appeared to be from transmission. Specialist at Leale's said it was not the transmission but wheel bearings. Job was verbally quoted at $650. When I came to pick it up the price went up to $950. It made me wonder if the questions like "what do you do for living?", "where do you work?" and "when did you buy your house?" were courtesy in nature. So, I'm out of $950 with completely broken car (I was able to drive it before the repair). I don't know what happened - it's an older car, but choose your auto mechanic wisely.

This Shop and the team of mechanics are one of a kind. I have a 2005 Acura with high miles.... while driving home from work I turned on the air conditioner and immediately my car started to sputter . A rotten egg smell came thru the vents and Car Had absolutely no power and all . thankfully was only one block away from Leale’s shop. Only problem was it was 5 o’clock and as I pulled my car into the driveway the gates were being closed.... and to my surprise Steve- re-opened the gates for me to pull my vehicle in and hetook the time listen and to speak with me about what had just occurred. I was able to drop my vehicle off and with no charge they diagnosed my vehicle and I had my car back to me the next day ready at 11 AM. Diagnostics tech was amazing, repair was fixed quickly and cost was way less than I expected it was going to be!!!! But what stood out to me the most was thier Customer service!! I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone... !!! Thanks again Guys !

I brought in an RV recently purchased off of craigslist and Steve and company did a great job bringing it back to good working order. As a cheap craigslist deal, the RV started with a lot of problems and did not quite work as advertised of course; the speedometer and odometer didn't work, the automatic transmission had very jerky shifting between the lower gears, and the dash indicated transmission problems and that the ABS system was disabled. I was prepared to hear about transmission problems ranging from simply needing to replace the transmission fluid or replace a vacuum tube to rebuilding or even replacing the transmission (i.e. these problems could range from hundreds to thousands of dollars to fix). I was then pleasantly surprised to learn that replacing the speed sensor was all it took to fix all the observed problems. I didn't previously know that the speed sensor would be related to the automatic transmission shifting but was glad to learn that all of the symptoms resulted from a simple (and relatively cheap to fix!) underlying problem. Thanks Steve and company at Leale's!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. First of all they charge way to much. Next after they do charge you up the rear end, you end up with your vehicle in a worse condition then when you brought it in. A simple job to replace a failing component , and upon installation they broke it and didnt say a word , and they broke another thing that i had to fix myself, and a different mehcanic to do the job right.

Poor customer service, the guy at the front desk brushed me off like he had something better to. Maybe if you can afford to throw away a couple grand its decent. You may not see your car back in a week or two.
