EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Rich is honest and reliable. I am a single woman, and it is difficult finding a honest, reasonably priced, mechanic. Lucky for me, two separate married couple friends recommended him, and they were right on. Rich only did the work I needed and did not try to upsell me. The rates were very reasonable, and my car is running better than ever.. I am looking forward to doing business with him in the future. Way to keep a customer for life, Rich!

Won't return here again. Service seemed fine at first I called late the day before and thoroughly explained my situation and how I had to have my vehicle fixed for a upcoming family trip, confidently they said to bring it in at opening and that it would be fixed. Took it in waited forever and called several times with no answer to figure out if there was a diagnosis and. Nothing. Finally took my other car over and was told I needed a whole new pcm/ecu and that I would be called back with a quote and info after I took my car. Two days later still no call. Luckily I took my car to d&s auto and they figured out the problem which was not the ecu and they got it fixed asap and fully detailed my car. Avoid p&c not prompt or professional and will try to sell you something you don't need, luckily they didn't call back I knew this was bs.
