VERY BAD CRANKSHAFT BALANCING EXPIERENCE****Went down to get my crankshaft reground and balanced and agreed on final price of $230 and when every thing was done I received a phone call from the shop saying the job was done and the price was $375 and I stated to the person on the phone that the price we agreed on was $230 before I dropped it off, $80 for the crank grounding which was a bit high and $150 for the balancing and the guy got rude on the phone saying that the crank cost more to get balanced.(I never received any call stating the price on the balancing cost was more) So I went down to pick up the crankshaft and had to argue to get the price right and they did not have balance sheet in which anytime you get a crankshaft balanced the machine shop is required to give you a balance sheet with the receipt. Had to pay other shop to go behind there work because of the no balance sheet.
