I live in San Juan Capistrano, & I drive to Costa Mesa for their quality, price, & I know I can trust them to always be honest & upfront about e everything. Mark is one of the most knowledgeable & Awesome mechanics I've ever met. He is very Friendly & will explain everything thoroughly, in a way even I could understand not knowing much about the technical aspects of trucks. Dwayne is Radical & a super nice guy. Heading up the office part, he does an amazing job keeping you informed. They're very fair, helpful, & always tries to find ways to get me the lowest price they can, but always putting quality & my safety 1st. They also guarantee all their work for a year. I only had to take them up on that 1 time, my brakes were still squeaking after they did my breaks. They fixed it right away no problem, even though it turned out to be not due to the work they performed.

Hands down the best diesel repair shop in Orange County. Why do you think their lot is always full? I was referred to Nextruk years ago by the owner of a Marine Diesel Repair company that uses Nextruk for their diesel trucks. I have used Nextruk multiple times over the past several years. I found Mark to be very honest and they perform excellent work. I drive over 20 miles each way to reach this shop. I would drive twice that distance for this trustworthy and excellent service.

I have been using Nextruk for a few years and they have always done a great job. I had a 20 year old diesel and Mark always knew just what was going on with it. He HD all the proper tools to get the job done and stood behind those repairs. I had been to several other shops whose work had to be redone several times. Now with my new truck I don't need to go very often but I don't ever question what they say.

It took Nextruk TWO WEEKS to just give me a QUOTE on repairs after dropping off my Jeep. Throughout this time, my boyfriend and I kept calling for updates and they would never return our calls. In the end, the excuse they gave was that they “didn’t realize this was my only vehicle” and thought it was just a recreational vehicle. Except that my boyfriend had told them when he dropped it off that it was my daily driver and only vehicle, and during the first week of waiting I even confirmed this with them myself. I had to spend over $200 taking Uber to work every day for these 2 weeks. Then, the quote they gave was exorbitant (almost double what would be reasonable for the service needed). Oh and most shops will take the labor cost for the quote out of the price if you do get the work done but nope, he added that labor ($252) onto the price too. When I voiced my frustration to Mark, the owner, he was completely rude and made it clear that he didn’t care about our business. He kept interrupting me on the phone and would only budge $150 off of $1,700, stating, “That should help with your quote-unquote ‘Uber fares’.” As if he didn’t believe me that I was taking Uber to work every day?! When I politely mentioned to him that we were expecting the price to be around $1k, he interrupted me saying, “I don’t see where you’re going with this conversation.” I told him that we felt like we were their least important customers and honestly didn’t feel like they valued our business. He was not apologetic at all. Finally, I said that unfortunately I don’t think we will be able to get the repairs done at that price and will have to have it towed somewhere else, and rather than trying to keep our business, he interrupted again saying, “Ok just let us know how much of it to put back together because right now it’s in pieces.” I told him to put it back together just enough to roll onto a tow truck, and let us know when it’s ready and we will arrange pickup. Then he had the nerve to call my boyfriend (same day) and push him to know “when it’ll be gone” after they took their sweet time for TWO WEEKS. Unbelievable. Once we got the jeep back in our possession, my boyfriend bought parts for $200 and fixed it himself in 4-5 hours. Problem solved: $1,500 cheaper and several weeks faster. So, If you want your vehicle to sit around for multiple weeks, and then to pay the highest price while being treated like you’re worthless, then by all means, come to Nextruk.
