First the plus - seem to be genuinely nice people working here. Good price and oil change was quick and easy. Reason for the poor review is the following. I came in for an oil change and had spoken to George the day before. He was unsure if he could also clear my check engine light (which had come on for a known exhaust issue). When I arrived the technician said it would not at all be an issue to clear the code (and I was happy to be charged). Directly after I walked away and a man (likely George and because he didn’t think I could hear) said, ‘I told him yesterday I couldn’t likely do it, don’t do that work’. My expectation when I left was for it to be cleared and I changed my appointments due to this. I waited to the end to see and sure enough the technician said he was told not to do the work. Really unfortunate. Worth noting that I found this placed based on google reviews. This would have been a five star rating but because of the owners poor judgement and ego...it is a two. Next time please be upfront, genuine and honest. It would have been easy to help support your customer in this instance and you did not do this.

I came in without an appointment and new to the area. These folks were able to look at and fix my car between appointments and were very friendly. I will go there again and I definitely recommend them.
