I had to send in my car last minute for a possible blown head gasket and broken hatchback door before I went on vacation. They had no problem with leaving my car there for three weeks while I was gone. Turns out that it wasn’t a head gasket issue and they also were able to fix my back hatch without ordering a new part. They could have totally taken advantage of ordering parts and racking up a bill since I was out of country but they were very honest about everything. I ended up paying $180 instead of $1,600+. They took great care of my car and had outstanding service. Honest mechanics like this are hard to come by. You guys are awesome. Highly recommend Toms Auto Service. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Special thanks to Jared, for going above and beyond. Thanks guys!

I took my pickup there a while back for what I thought was needed was a clutch replacement. Got a call later telling me it wasn't necessary yet. No charge even though it took some of their time to look it over. They could've done it and charged me without me being the wiser. I will be going back when it is time to replace it, though. They won a customer.

First rate service. Quality work. When a part they installed proved defective 9 months later, they put in a new one no charge

If you come to grants pass and have your car stolen, there is no better place to be.
