Fantastic service as always! My car was overheating and I was able to get an appointment right away. They were very thorough, and when a part took overnight to arrive they had a loaner car I could use. I am always greeted by name . Been coming here since college,Now my kids bring their cars to be fixed as well!

I bring my car here whenever I need work done and always get great service. They get it taken care of fast for reasonable prices, offer triple A discount and occasional coupons for discounts off labor. They communicate very well, provide daily updates and explain the problem in language I can understand.

These guys are awesome! They got me in the day after I called, and their service was very quick and efficient. Their customer service was awesome and I really appreciated that they didn't try to sell me anything. They were honest about the things that weren't really necessary. They could have played it off as extremely important to try and get a sale, but they didn't. I appreciate the honesty. They were also more than willing to take the time to explain things to me that I didn't know. I'll definitely be going to them again in the future.

I've been going to Eureka Brake & Automotive for years and was so glad to find a mechanic shop with great customer service who doesn't try to take advantage of females. Love love love them and have brought several family/friends to them too.

I was in the middle of an interstate move when my car started making horrible noises, and Eureka Brake and Auto took my car and went to great lengths to have it done same day on a Friday - something they certainly didn’t have to do. Of course, when I headed out on my next leg of the journey and my tire blew out three miles in, I took the car back to them and they fixed that too. I know they were busy and they went above and beyond to get me on my way. Top notch customer service!
