Rude man on the phone, even more rude in person. Lack of respect for people. I give them no stars.

This company is very unprofessional. I asked why my vehicle was getting towed from the front of my house while it was happening. The owner threatened to have me arrested cause of some violation he didn't even know of and got in my face saying that it's already done and that i owe him money. Then he Climbed in his lifted jeep and used the police department and an ordinance of abandoned vehicle claim to extort money from the community. The regulations written in the ordinances state as follows: A ten (10) day notice of intention to abate and remove the vehicle, or parts thereof, as a public nuisance shall be mailed by registered mail to the owner of the land and to the owner of the vehicle, unless the vehicle is in such condition that identification numbers are not available to determine ownership. The notices of intention shall be in the forms on file with the chief of police. (Ord. 508, 7-17-1973; amd. 2007 Code) I looked through my mail and not one letter did I receive from the city. I did get a notice on my vehicle and it was not 10 days as stated by the local ordinance before it was removed.

Worst Repair Place EVER! Owner charged me $80 for a break and light inspection that he NEVER performed! This is their Standard Operating Procedure. Its FRAUD! I sincerely suggest you do not go to this repair place or pay for any services before they are rendered.
