Worst auto repair guy EVER! This clown charged me for parts that he never installed put after market parts claiming to be smog legal and my car cannot pass smog AT ALL! He ripped off my wife when I was deployed and over charged her $250 for a simple oil change claiming she needed a new radiator as part of the oil change and NEVER installed a new one. He ALWAYS asks the mechanics in the same building how to fix stuff cuz he has NO CLUE. They told me this. This ass clown Jeff will rip off women and military. DONT NOT COME TO HIM.

Jeff is awesome! He's honest & works his tail off. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Hands down the best mechanic I've found since I moved out to California! I had a very trustworthy dependable mechanic in Georgia, and was worried I wouldn't find that. When the brakes went out on my car, I called around Fairfield to get a good estimate on the costs, and ended up bringing it to Jeff at The Pit Shop. Great customer service, and I was in and out of the shop relatively quickly! And now that my car has broken down again, you can bet where I'm taking it too again... I've already made the appointment!

Well, let's hope first impression do account for something. I had barely completed my request online when I received a call from Jeff. When I asked or rather told him what I wanted - well needed he didn't hesitate to give me a direct yes or no. The dealer on the other hand . . . I will go anywhere besides Nissan of Fairfield or Vacaville. Thus five stars for the prompt response!
