I'm writing this review while my medium sized school bus is still being put back together, but I'm giving Gordon's 5 stars because they've allowed me to watch them work and were totally open about what they've been doing the whole time. They were sensitive to my budget and extremely accommodating. I found the entire staff to be friendly and fun to talk to! I would highly recommend Gordon's.

Exceptional service, very accommodating of me even though I drove in without appointment. Fixed issue quickly. Fernando was awesome. The other staff I interacted with were very friendly as well. I'd recommend this place.

It has been very cold lately and the blower on my heater/defroster stopped working. I went in Friday in crisis-mode without an appointment. The manager squeezed me in and fixed the problem in 1-1/2 hours. Took me home while waiting for repairs to be done and picked me up when done. Very pleasant and accommodating staff and my HEATER WORKS GREAT!!!

Took my work truck in and told them that I could only leave it 1 day. They got it in and out and the price was great. Exactly what they estamated. I will use them again.

These guys are the best!! We had a radiator crack while we were in the Fort Bragg area. I called them and they took care of us. They ordered the radiator and had our car back up and running to make our departure date. I would use these guys for all my vehicle needs if I lived in the area. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family if they have car problems in the area on our annual camping trip. Gordon and his team are amazing!!!
