One word..crooks. I have dealt with them twice, and they have ripped me off both times. The first time was during a holiday, and my insurance had them tow me. They suggested that we have it towed to their shop, so they could give me an estimate. They gave me an estimate of over $400 for what it cost me to have it fixed somewhere else. It had nothing to do with labor cost, they were going to fix things that did not need to be fixed. I had to beg my insurance company to have it towed somewhere else. I was still charged $52 for them to just look at it. The second time they towed it, they charged $280 to tow it, and $125 per night for storage. We had to present a current license to drive it off, which I had to get someone else to do for me. Do they check everyone's id that has work done there? probably not. They just wanted to charge us more for storage. Total Crooks. DO NOT USE THEM. I have already called my insurance company to have them removed from the towing list.

Blew a Transmission north of Fort bragg . Greg and Dean got both the truck and trailer home without any problems and made it to where we could relax and enjoy our vacation .....they worked around our vacation schedule . It was awesome and would use them again.

My car suffered a catastrophic engine failure in the area. Not only did they pick it up for me and diagnosed the problem, but they were extremely honest with the cost estimates etc. They recommended I tow it home, since the cost of repairs locally was prohibitive. They charged me a very reasonable rate for their services and provided a ton of info on how they would go about solving the problem.
