Oh my God you would not believe the way my wife and sister were treated you would think they were family! My wife and sister were on there way to visit their sister who was ill in Oregon they had left San Francisco in the early afternoon when they where about 6 miles outside of Red Bluff the fuel pump in my 2002 Chevy Silverado stopped working around 7pm thank god they had pulled over at a rest stop when they starting loosing power two tows latter they were able to get to the Red Bluff Auto Clinic in the morning Rene the women there and the mechanics got on it as soon as the rack opened up she drove my wife and sister to their hotel and even went back and got them to get some things out of the truck after everything was done late that afternoon the Rene picked them up at the restaurant were they were eating and brought them to get the truck all though my wife and sister had to stay in Red Bluff for a couple of nights because of the vehicle they could not have been welcomed or better taken care of we will always remember the professionalism and warm hearted people at the Red Bluff Auto Clinic. My wife and sister said they have never been treated better. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING A GOOD THING OUT OF A BAD THING Greg C

GREAT guys. I stopped in on a road trip from Sac to Tacoma, WA when my AC went out. I was looking for a quick fix. Turns out that's not a quick fix kind of thing, but these guys located the issues and went above and beyond in getting my AC functional again. In addition to that, they made sure that the fan that wasn't running got running by the time I left, so that it would be more efficient. Can't even express how grateful I am. Thank you!!!
