As someone going through financial and other very serious life/health issues, I think it would serve you best to train management / employees to not laugh when customers are inquiring on pricing, I've heard good things about this establishment, but don't underestimate the intelligence of someone raised by someone who worked on military Aircraft engines. I have -NEVER- heard of a mechanic needing a VIN # to get 'an accurate quote' while just before, insulting me by saying you couldn't, without the make/model - when it was mentioned several times over, then mention the VIN. What?! I just wanted a ballpark dude.. Makes no sense, maybe get off social media while on the phone with customers or actually pay attention to what they are telling you. I am guessing because I have a car nearly 20 years old they figured I wasn't worth fair dialogue with integrity, which is a shame because the person sounded very kind until laughing in my ear and mentioning the VIN. I will also add they have needed multiple tries to fix an issue they guaranteed was fixed and then implied if it wasn't, they would need to do something else requiring more money on top. Luckily the issue stayed fixed after multiple visits, because I would have gotten every last cent back if not. Thanks for the time, hopefully you motivate / train your employees and management better which would reflect back to how they treat customers, but I am just assuming you figured my business was 'bottom of the barrel' since you made that clear in the way you handled our conversation, in my eyes. Who knows, maybe you heard a good joke on the other side of the room during our convo? Doubtful EDIT - I just got off the phone with another mechanic, he did agree that IN special cases, VIN's do help with giving an accurate quote, although in this case considering I wanted a ballpark, the price is negligible and your reaction makes no sense / you were too lazy to research it. If you are so worried you can't articulate a ballpark figure because a few bad lemons with little education couldn't comprehend what an estimation means, I suggest Kniesels getting someone who can better and properly articulate while being confident in what they speak. People are skeptical of what they don't understand, and in your line of business, whoever I talked to on the phone is the epitome of why.

This place is great! Danny runs a good ship up front navigating phone calls and the arriving customers. I had been disenchanted w dealerships since I moved to the area and gave these guys a try. ABSOLUTELY always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I recently went in a 7400 mile road trip and they made sure my car was ready for the trip. I had a correspondence with the during the trip and brought the car in when I returned. We've got a little work to do on the car now, but let me tell you - the car wash in the end is worth every dollar of service! It sparkles inside and out - and there's no dust left on the dashboard! And, the coffee is good, too!

I've been using this location for years to service my vehicles. I've had an issue or two over the years, but they have been quick to resolve anything I bring up. I have since changed my view. Their estimated wait times are strictly a guess. They don't check batteries properly and as a result I had to replace one that went dry. Very disappointed.

These guys have always given me fine service without any upsell pressure. Fast efficient and once they even suggested I take my car to the dealer when their price was going to be higher than the dealers price would have. The only semi-retired thing was that a few years ago they were offering a discount for positive Yelp reviews.

Great experience, no hassle, helpful, and trustworthy. Work was done quickly and I was on my way.
