If you need your car repaired for any reason it better go to Reeves. My family and I have dealt with many mechanics over the years and John at Reeves Auto Repair is by far the best mechanic I have ever had work on my car. He is honest, respectful and has the customer in mind in every way. Not only was my engine rebuild exceptional so was their professionalism, commitment, efficiency and understanding throughout the whole process. As a young female college student who often gets taken advantage of by mechanics John was a relief. If your looking for the best mechanic/auto shop in the area GO TO REEVES!

John with Reeves Auto Repair recently worked on my truck and I was very pleased with his attention to detail and professionalism. So the other reason I'm writing this review is share my latest experience with Reeves Auto. Last Sunday on my way home from Vacation I broke down on I-5 still three hours from home. The next morning I called John seeing as he was the last one to work on my truck. In some small way I was hoping he wasn't responsible for the issues at hand. John offered to pay for the first two hours of service to diagnose the issue and thanks goodness it had nothing to do with his previous work. I felt bad making that call but John assured me that it was ok. The amazing part to this all this is that John continued to stay in contact with the me and the other mechanic to make sure I was taken care of. He went above and beyond the call of duty!! If your vehicle isn't under the care of Reeves Auto repair your making a huge mistake!! Thanks again John!

Actual mechanics that are fair and honest...a rarity these days. My repairs were done on time and John even stayed a little past closing so I could pickup my truck for work the next day. From simple oil changes to major mechanical work, this crew will take great care of you!

I was referred to Reeves by a friend about two years ago. It was one of the best recommendations I’ve ever received. I take my pickup, wife’s car, and my work truck for all services. John and crew do an amazing job every time. They’re not pushy at all. They give you a complete report after every repair so you know how your car is doing. I recommend giving them a call to schedule an appointment. Because they do such a good job they definitely have gotten busier, but it hasn’t demished their quality of work, or great customer service.

What a great repair shop. John and Katie are such good people. And as all the rest of the reviews say, John is an amazing mechanic. He will not waste time or money AND gets the job done right. He is so honest. And Katie is so efficient and keeps you informed on what is going on and when your car will be ready. Everyone should be so lucky as to have a mechanic like Reeves!
