Drove over 30 minutes in traffic because this was the Aamco location I had frequented and always had good service. However, after setting an appointment last week for today, I arrive to find out that my appointment was never registered and I was told "can't you see the parking lot is full?" As if the two vehicles being worked on meant "full." The bigger issue was that I was never given an alternative, nor was any empathy employed... simply "we're full can't help you," though I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. Guess they really don't need my (or anyone else's) business. Me and my Mercedes will find service elsewhere.

This place is a total ripoff, stay away from them. I went there with a problem, they diagnosed it and called me to tell me that it's one of the ignition coils and it's going to be close to a grand for parts & labor. Bought the parts from the shop for $75 and spent 15 minutes replacing the coil in my driveway. This was NOT a 2-3 hour job or whatever they were charging me for. And because I refused to pay their usury rates, they charged me $120 for diagnostics - this was not disclosed to me when I dropped off the car.

Brought in my 2011 Chevy Malibu 1LT to the shop. I heard noises while I accelerate and my transmission was acting wierd! Eddie and Tony did an inspection and found the issues. They had me on the road in less than a day. The dealer would have charged a lot more and kept my car in the shop for the whole week. Eddie and Tony care about their customers and for that I will return for all my services there!

Check engine light came on on my girlfriends Kia Rio. Took in to Steve at Amco and he was able to look at it that day, at no charge, WOW. He said it was a sensor issue and they would have to run another diagnostic on it, told me an estimate and gave me a time frame. It's nice to find a place that holds true to their word. Thanks Steve and the group at Amco the car is running great!

I have been going to this AAMCO for a couple of years now since Al has been the owner and I always receive great service. It is good to find an honest shop that provides great service. Al thanks for going the extra mile for me.
