I brought my truck into Wayne's to help with a noise in the rear end that has been more noticeably happening as of late. I was able to drop my truck off the night before, and leave the keys. This is always a plus for me, as I have to find a ride to and from work. I received a phone call before noon, indicating that they were not able to find anything mechanically wrong with the truck and that the truck is in extremely good condition. However, there is always a however lol, they did find that the seal on the axle was torn and needed to be replaced. He felt that the fluid leaking from this seal could be the cause of the problem. I agreed with what he was saying and asked for an estimate and when he felt the work could be done. He gave me an estimate, which I was very happy with ( I was expecting 3+ times more) and indicated that the truck would be ready that same day, which it was!. I would give five stars, but I asked for an estimate on some additional work, which required some research on their part and it wasn't done at the time of server. Consider this a 4.75 star rating, I would recommend Wayne's to my friends and family

Not the lowest prices; however, none of the staff has ever lied to me, and so far, ALL of their work has been top notch. Frankly, I have found no other place that has these distinctions.

Took my Rodeo to them because it did not pass smog. Left it over night and the next morning got a call telling me what the problem was. How much it was going to cost and how long. I was able to pick the vehicle up an hour after the phone call. Vehicle is running great. Very reasonable on the price. And the service was excellent. I will be taking my other vehicles to them.

I took my Jeep in for a knocking noise it was making in the wheel well area, they thought they had fixed it but it turned out to be several other problems. this company stands by their work and has major integrity and how a business is supposed to be ran. I personally will recommend this shop to everybody I know who is looking for mechanic work on their cars. The staff is wonderful , always smiles and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. Thank you WAYNE'S AUTOMOTIVE for being a great ,friendly , reliable shop!! That is hard to find nowadays! 😊 #SATISFIEDCUSTOMER
