Troy definitely cares about his customers, though my second and last service with him was poor at best. He does appear to follow up with most of his customers. At the time he seemed over worked and didn't diagnose my issue to my satisfaction. They originally replaced my HVAC control unit because it had failed. I went back because we kept smelling exhaust which is still present. The interior air circulation control isn't functioning properly. Something appears to be wrong with the original install. Tried to contact him recently, haven't heard anything yet thought I'd write the review. I will probably take my issue elsewhere. I need it professionally diagnosed.

The Owner Goes the Extra Mile... I had my 1979 Mini Winni RV Engine Totally tuned up for $200 less then any other reputable Auto Shop. Treated with great customer service. On the way home the engine started to miss a little bit. I called Troy (owner) to tell him it was running great and suddenly the engine started to loose power. Troy suggested to come back to shop. I was almost home. I told owner I would take to my home because it was closer and safer. Troy agreed and said he would come to my home to see what is going on. A spark plug wire had popped off. Anyone know who have ever changed plug wires they can and will pop off. The Owner of "The Auto Hospital " made an house call within a few hours. I took my great running RV on a weekend trip. I am tell you all this because the Owner went the extra mile for his company. This is having integrity in my eyes. He care enough about a customer to make sure I was happy with the work that was done. The Auto Hospital has a customer for many years to come. Thank You Troy! Dodge Ram Van Service Date: 07/13/2015

I love the taking my 2005 F250 to Troy at the Auto Hospital!! No matter the issue or questions I have, Troy and his crew have always been up front an honest with me. They have always taken the time to explain what needs to be done and why. I have sent many friends to them as well and will continue to do so as well as bring them my vehicles. If there is a shop in town you can depend on and trust, it’s the Auto Hospital!! Thank you so much for your services!!

Honest, fair and knowledgable; three words you rarely see when describing auto mechanics. My partner and I have had two cars serviced here for various troubles and tune-ups and are super impressed with the detail and great service.

Excellent service for a great price! I'm new to Nevada and I'm glad I took my car to The Auto Hospital. I had never heard of a TSB, technical service bulletin, however Troy researched the TSB's for my car before he did anything. He found that I was experiencing a simi-common problem. I didn't feel pressured to make any extra repairs and they made sure they solved my problem in the most cost efficient way. We discussed options and prices before they did anything. I couldn't be happier with their service. I recommend the Auto Hospital to anyone and everyone! I will continue to take my car there for everything!
