Service is always a pleasure and completed in a timely manner. The app Leverett uses to apprise you of their inspection results is extremely useful in planning for potential issues and peace-of-mind regarding the health of my vehicles.

Elderly Beware!! After using them a few times for minor PM work, (most of which had to be redone) I still referred them to my Mother. My Mother is an Elderly Disabled Vet on a fixed income. I decided to send her here as I thought that they would be fair. Yesterday my Mom came to visit (Veterans Day), during our visit she handed me an invoice for $400 dollars from Levrett. Shocked I asked what it was for and she relied, a Battery. Well, everyone on the planet knows batteries are around $100 and take moments to change. Overcharging is never good. Its bad business and It goes without saying that some people in this world deserve a break, I'm thinking my Mom and others like her are those people. Thank you for your service Mom and I'm so sorry and embarrassed I referred these guys to you. It a sad day when a small community like Reno looses sight of what is right. Thumbs down Levrett, you've lost my business and respect. #payitforward
