Over twenty years of outstanding care and maintenance for my cars. I like your detailed report and photos showing what needed attention, what was done and what was GOOD! Naomi 2005 Toyota.

DO NOT GO HERE! I would not give any stars, if there would be option! Preferred Auto Centre needs to work on their customer service presentation! I choose Preferred Auto Centre because they were on the list of AAA approved auto repair places. I called ahead and made reservation for AAA free 40-Point Vehicle Maintenance Inspection (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY). I had this kind of inspection previous year 2017 and Anthony D. talked to me rude and in disrespectful voice, so I was just didn’t take personally, even my son said that man wasn’t talking to me nice, and I thought he was just having bad day, and let it go. This year 2018 I came back I didn’t expect to see him, but he was in the office, and same thing happened this year even in front of his coworkers (Nikita S. - girl who working at the front desk), he was talking to her in high manner and disrespectful voice too. Ok, now I understand it’s not just me, ANTONY D. has a problem with anger management, especially towards women. He told me that I cannot come back and expect he will do inspection on my car for free, I have to pay him for services. He just throw at me papers didn’t explain anything, and didn’t apologies for his behavior. My car returned to me with a dirty, oily and messy on the wheel and shift. AAA company stated: that there is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. I filed the report and complain with AAA about this auto shop and will make sure they will take this shop out from the approved list. I won't be recommending this place to anyone.

This was my first visit to Preferred Auto Centre. I had a 90k mile checkup performed on my 2012 Red Camry. I received the most thorough inspection that I have ever received anywhere of my car. I had them perform most of the recommendations that they made, and was very satisfied with the quality of the work. I will be returning next week with my other car that as it happens also needs a 90k mile checkup.
