I have been a customer with Concours Motors since September of last year. I have visited them twice with my 2001 Volkswagen Beetle. Both times have been a great experience. The first time was to repair the driver's window that had fallen off its track and was stuck inside the door panel. The second time was for a routine synthetic oil change and 53-point inspection. They are very thorough, precise, knowledgeable, and professional at what they do. They give me coupons in the mail for my next cars visit in the future. The reason why I gave four stars instead of five is that of the pricing. It can get expensive but it is understandable.

Excellent service, quality work and honest advice. I usually work on my own vehicles but when it's a job I don't have the time, or extra hands to pull off, I trust these folks with my E46 Bimmer and Volvo S80. The internet based service agent is intuitive and convenient as well.

I have taken my BMW 7 series in for major work, valve job, and they were fabulous in getting the work done, in verifying the work, in relaying all information and any precautions. I have had other minor work done and go to them for routine maintenance as well. A big thumbs up to everyone I have interacted with. Thanks so much Concours Motors. Brian

I have been a customer of Concours Motors for several years. They consistently provide top quality service at a fair price. Appointments are handled quickly over the phone, and you are warmly greeted on arrival. I always wait in their comfortable area, although they provide complementary shuttle service on request. The multiple-car service bay is always clean and organized, and the technicians are certified experts. Management provides discount coupons throughout the year that offer true savings. They only use genuine, manufacturer parts for service and repairs, and all their work is warrantied. I highly recommend Concours Motors as an alternative to dealership service. You won't be disappointed.
