Awesome service! I got there at 4pm on a Friday when most mechanics might move me to the next day. I had come in with what I thought was an alignment problem, and it was very quickly diagnosed as a bubble in my tire. When I mentioned that I was going to drive back to the Bay Area, Moises sprung into action and suggested that I should change the tire. So he called his contacts, found a reasonable tire, and fixed it, all in the name of my safety (and it was very inexpensive.). I also want to say that I am so impressed by the technology and business processes of this Auto business- I got my car report into my email and phone while I was there, and was able to get them to help troubleshoot the wiper blades that needed replacement. They even went over and above duty to buy new wiper blades for me, collect them from wherever, and put them on, at no service charge. Bear in mind it is now 5pm on a Friday night, and they were still so nice to me and offering me all kinds of drinks from their fridge. They also gave me discount coupons for my next return, as well as one for the person who referred me. I will certainly return for my next service needs!

Update.. now have oil drips on my driveway I never had before. I think its from the transmission. They put my car up on a rack to show me the axle work they did. I was shown the oil migration from the engine oil drip pan, which I knew about and also noticed fresh transmission oil drops on the bottom casing that looked like they would drop. Never seen drops on my driveway until I had them work on it. It would kill our family budget for our vacation if I went back. It is just too bad that overcharging can doom this quality business. Cleanest shop I have ever seen and explain everything well. The problem is the labor cost. Its posted on the wall and is a reasonable rate, but not shown on the invoice per item installed. I know you get what you pay for, but people need to see the labor on the invoice. The excuse is its just their billing system. Shame on them for not breaking it down for costumers. Just ask yourself why would a business do that? $43 to change one back up light , should have been $25 at the most. Two sub-frame bolts missing and replaced $185, should have been $50 max. Their mechanics must make $200 per hour and not the posted rate. Drove 30 min from out of town and feel like I wanted to vomit. Don't get me wrong you need your car fixed right, but getting a good mechanic doesn't mean you have to inflate the labor costs. They know they are wrong in not showing labor costs per item to the customer on the invoice...that is the scam here, not the quality of work . When the repair job is finished, the shop should give you an invoice, which must include the following: The shop's name, address, and automotive repair dealer (ARD) registration number, which they do. All work performed, including any work done under warranty at no charge, which they did. An itemized list of all parts replaced, indicating any parts that are used, reconditioned, or rebuilt, which they did. Labor cost, which they did as a total, but not per repair done. The only other explanation is that the overhead for those non-mechanics and their facilities must be outrageous or maybe because I am from out of town. P.S. I wished i knew the name of the repair shop where Armando Garza went .

Extremely helpful. Just got off the phone with them and without having to take my vehicle he knew what was going on and had the best advice. Definitely the place in going to when I need help

Wow, this place is awesome, they did a full vehicle inspection for free and sent me a web link with pictures comments and details on all components of my vehicle. They maintained consistent communication throughout the whole process and repairs. They even took video footage of certain things just to show me exactly what was wrong. I highly recommend this place. Top notch quality customer service. I’ll be coming back again
