Just went to Kelly's again and like always they did excellent work. They explain everything they're doing. They do the work in a timely fashion. I've never been ripped off. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!!! When I've needed a loaner car they had one for me, or they gave me a ride to where I needed to be and back to the shop. Their staff is helpful knowledgeable and very kind. I will continue to be a faithful customer!! GREAT JOB KELLY'S

I used these reviews to make my initial decision to take my car to Kelly's. I love my older car, and I didn't want just anyone touching her. ;) I have taken my car to them three times now for three different issues. They do stellar work at a very affordable price. The staff is incredibly kind and caring. They communicate every step of the way. They don't tell you that you need something if you don't need it. I don't think I will ever get used to calling them to see if they can work on my car and having the response be, "When do you want to bring it in?" Thank you, Kelly's! Here's to another 300,000 miles!

They are honest and friendly. But most importantly they care about their business and their customers. The custom thank you note was just a cherry on top of the excellent service that I received. I am New to the area and used these reviews to take a shot on Kelly’s Automotive, and I was not let down. They have worked on two of my vehicles now, and I will not take my business anywhere else. Definetly recommend Kelly’s Automotive to anyone who wants top notch customer service and knowledge when it comes to vehicles.

The staff were very friendly and professional. I received a phone call to let me know they had completed the items I requested. I ask if they had found anything else I should address at this visit. We decided to go ahead and take care of the additional item to save me a return visit. I received a phone call the following day checking to be sure I was satisfied with the service and to see if I had any other questions. This is the kind of service I want and I will return to Kelly's for all of my car's service needs.

My car broke down on Interstate 5 in around 3 in the morning. While I was on my way to work in Medford from Eugene. The tow truck driver got my car dropped off at Kelly's Automotive. When I called their shop shortly after 8 when they opened they already had my car in the bay and we're going over it. I told him what had happened and they said they look into it. I heard back from them several times as the progressed through troubleshooting my vehicle. They had my vehicle back to me within 4 hours of them being open. This was a lifesaver as I was working out of town. I highly recommend Kelly's Automotive for anybody in this area.
