Well I bought a truck from the owner of this company (Parker). After waiting for a couple months for the motor and transmission to be rebuilt. after he got done building it he called and said i could come and buy it . So we went to the bank and gave him $20,000.00 for the truck. Parker told us we should not have any problems with it since he rebuilt the motor and transmission. Parker said the truck should last a long time. well with in 2 weeks the transmission went out had to be towed to his shop. To be fixed. This happen twice with in a month. so more things starting going wrong with the truck. The antifreeze was coming out of the reservoir and over heating. I called Parker many times to see what is wrong with the truck he said it is not his responsibility to fix it. He told me to look for a shop to look at it. So I found a great shop down here in Colorado Springs (Dirty Road Diesel) They told me it was the head gasket. So i called Branch Auto again he said not going to fix it. So i hired the shop down here and they called me the next day saying that the head that was put on by Parker was not to Specs so I had to buy a another head. So I have tried and tried to work out something with Parker since he built this motor. He will no do anything but say that i bought it as -is. So this man Parker is not a very good person he is not good for his word or what he builds. So beware of this Company and the owner he is not good for his word. The only reason why we bought the truck from Parker is because he said he rebuilt it and it should not have any problems for a longtime. Well since we have bought it from Parker we have spent over $7500.00 on a truck that he built. So if i were you i would not do business with this company. Parker is not a stand up man nor is his word any good.

Branch auto did a pre purchase inspection on a truck I ended up purchasing. They did a great job. Very thorough. I had them do some repairs on items found. This was my first diesel, and they spent time educating me on systems, maintenance and operations. I'll be using then for all my maintenance. Thanks Brian and Corey!!!!!

Very pleased with the quick diagnosis of not only the problem I took my diesel in for, but others that need addressed. Would highly recommend the shop for any service. My main shop from now on. Thanks branch employees and parker!

We've been using Branch Automotive for both our diesel (2005 Chevy 2500HD) and gas (2009 Hummer H3) service needs for YEARS! From simple oil changes to more elaborate exhaust brake installation, the Branch Auto team does ***GREAT*** work at reasonable prices and in a VERY timely manner. You will not get the "upsales" spin from Branch Auto... They tell you what you NEED and they fix what NEEDS to be fixed without jerking you around. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! **UPDATE: I'm floored by the "1 Star" comments below and HIGHLY RECOMMEND you ***NOT*** take those into consideration. Parker and his team stand behind their work - to the point that they'll come to you if something they fixed fails - I ***DO*** have first hand knowledge of this. It turned out to be a VERY minor fix; however, Parker HIMSELF traveled to where I was stopped and corrected the error right there on the side of the road. Now ***THAT***, ladies and gentlemen, is service. As I noted above, I have absolutely no issues whatsoever HIGHLY RECOMMENDING Branch Automotive!! **UPDATE: Don't be "thrown" by the name of this business and think they only work on diesel powered vehicles. I recently took my daughters VW Passatt (gas!) in for an oil change/inspection and the Branch Auto Team were able to take care of it *NO PROBLEM*. Forget going to a dealer, even for a gas car... Use Branch Automotive!
