Lara, Tom and the whole staff do an excellant job. Took the my 2002 F350 Dually for oil Changes and Emission Testing, they gave me a laundry list of things that they noticed on my truck discussed them with me. Was unable to do them all at the time asked which were more in need first and had them repaired, tom called me with cost and labor cost and Time to repair. thought that was a COOL thing for him to do. When i was able to do the rest of the repairs called and talked to Lara and she was able to pull my truck right up went ahead and asked for an estimate and Tom sent me an Email the next day, took truck to them at the location they are now at and again Tom Called me before any Major Repair with cost and asked if i wanted to proceed. truck Runs FANTASTIC and i am very very Impressed with these guys. Thank You Mark 2002 F350 Dually

I took my 2001 dodge cummins here to have some steering work done and an oil leak looked at. One of the main things I wanted done was the steering gear box rebuilt and the pitman and track bar replaced. They outsourced the steering box and put on one that was rebuilt but was not mine, they replaced the pitman arm, but they did not replace the track bar. When I asked the owner Tom if it was replaced he said no it was not. Then I asked why not he said "Well where do we stop with these things?" Um you can stop when you do what we discussed and do what I paid for. The owner Tom has really bad communication with what is going on with the employees as well as the customers. I emailed them back with no response

Used them to do an egr cooler on my 6.0. My fault for not shopping around, truck broke down and they were the closest and first on google search, quotes from other shops after the fact were about $900 cheaper. Anyways I was given a card for a free oil change, recently went and scheduled an appointment a week out. Show up that morning and the owner says he can't do it now. No phone call before to let me know. I even had a buddy follow so I could drop the truck off, wasted his time. Owner took my info again, promises to call me . Ten days later no call. I finally went and just paid their competitor to do it. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. No wonder they have a poor rating.

My 6.0L can resemble a money pit at times but I do love my truck and have always received great service from Tom, Jerry and the boss, Laura. They are honest, fair and do a great job. I did have one issue which they corrected at their cost and you can't find many shops that will do that. Also, Tom is a jar head, Semper Fi and support our veterans.
