I should have checked in the are for prices. They charged me $162 to recharge my air conditioning. I think that is absurd. I called First Class Auto Repair in Granby and they would have done it for $79. Go to First Class where they will charge $49 per hour for labor on air conditioning service instead of $95 per hour at Renegade. Not saying anything about the service. I am satisfied with the service yet the price is ridiculous. I could have saved half the price by going to First Class in Granby. Thanks for gouging me.

Not a satisfied customer here. Simple tire rotation done on my 2016 RAM 3500. First of all, it took ALL DAY to rotate the tires. Second, when I picked it up, someone sat in the drivers seat that had just spent the day laying on the garage floor. Pure filth. Also, the tire pressures were all wrong. They didn't check or adjust any pressures. Also, they didn't reset the tire sensor locations, so ever tire was off location. The bottom line is this was just a lazy, careless job. Unfortunately, this is one of the only places to get work done here in Kremmling Colorado. Next time I'll be driving to Granby for work. I'm giving 2 stars because the phone personality was nice.

I thought I had left a review on this shop previously, and I don't see it. I visited this shop Summer 2015, and it was THE worst mechanic experience I have ever had. My suggestions/assessments of what could have been wrong were completely ignored, and I left that visit out of pocket double what I ended up spending to truly correct the issue. One month ago, I discovered yet another (pretty major and utterly inexcusable) issue that was very likely caused by the work that was done at this location. I was told when I brought my vehicle to this shop in 2015, that they did not specialize in sedans or other 'normal' vehicles. I'm not sure if that was the major player. But I wish someone would've warned me - I would've DEFINITELY paid to have my vehicle towed back to Denver to my trusted mechanic, there. What a headache. It's the nightmare that won't die!
