Very satisfied after using Stan's for my 3 vehicles for the last 6 months. They can do so much more than car maintenance and repair and the costs are reasonable. Always upfront with a good explanation on challenging issues.

Being new to Loveland, of course I am a bit skeptical of taking my truck to a mechanic even though I knew that I was having some issues with the brakes, engine and needed a new oil change. I had read reviews and they all seem great so I wrote in for a quote. My response was quick and I was given options. After getting to the shop I was given a ride home and then contacted with photo's and description of what needed to be done. I actually found out that I didn't need a brake job done that day and appreciated that as they could have slammed me for a 800 dollar brake job then and there. I will be back as David, Kermit and the crew treated me with respect and I appreciated that!

I initially went to Stan's Auto Service because the Chevy Dealer in Fort Collins wanted to do thousands of dollars’ worth of repairs with little or no explanation when we went in for an oil change. I went to Stan's for a second opinion and was pleasantly surprised. An expensive fix was necessary, but Stan's explained it in writing and in detail. They seemed far more knowledgeable about my Chevy Traverse than the dealership that sold it to me. They kept me up to date along the way. I was impressed with the quality of work. Stan's also offers a 2-year warranty where dealership only offers a 1-year warranty. I will have my 3 cars serviced at Stan's in the future even though I live in Windsor and there are several other options closer to home. I highly recommend Stan's Auto Service.

Outstanding service! After taking my truck to several other places Stan's Auto was finally able to help me figure out a misfire issue that i had been battling for over a year! Jarad in particular is great to work with and very helpful. I am grateful for the transparency and integrity of workmanship I received from this place, something which is hard to come by in an auto shop.

I brought my car to Stan's Auto Service because I bought it at auction and immediately realized that something was very wrong with it as I drove it off the lot. I wasn't sure what was going on, so I brought it to Stan's, explained what I was experiencing, and left it there. I paid about $4,000 for a new timing belt, power steering pump, a 90,000 mile service, and a few other minor things. My car promptly broke down when I left there, and they encouraged me to come back since they warranty their work. Conveniently enough, my issue wasn't covered by the warranty because none of the parts they replaced were faulty. This was true. The problem all along was a broken rod bearing at the bottom of the engine. Because of poor diagnostics, I blew a lot of money, and I feel like they guessed about what was wrong with my car with MY WALLET. The sales associate I worked with, while kind, was not on top of getting in touch with me throughout my repair process, which kept being delayed. My father had come into the shop with me to make sure that I wasn't taken advantage of, and noticed some things that didn't sit right with him, so he expressed that to the salesman, who asked if he could avoid talking to my dad and just communicate with me directly. Stan's email updates are impressive, but that was the only thing positive about my experience. I wasted a ton of money there and would not being my vehicle back to be serviced again.
