I just went in for my first time to get an oil change and the service was AWESOME. Steve is very honest and straight-forward about whatever parts or labor your car might need. He recommended that I get my engine cleaned along with my oil change and explained to me what product they use for the cleaning and what the benefits are. I decided to get the cleaning and now my Forester accelerates a lot smoother and gas pedal feels more responsive. I also had questions about my head gasket leak and Steve happily answered all of them and gave me a quote for the repair. On top of that I had the opportunity to talk to a few of the mechanics after they were done working on my car. They both said that they love their job and as a result do high quality work.

I was very pleased with my experience at ASR. Steve was extremely helpful and understanding. As someone who doesn't know much about cars it can be intimidating to go to the mechanic. The guys at ASR got my car done quickly and there was no pressure. They recommended other things that my car should have done and answered any questions that I had. They were very personable and it was overall a great experience. I will definitely be going back for any of my mechanic needs! Thanks guys!

This shop is pretty darn good, possibly one of the best in town. They show you pictures of all the problems they encounter while working on your car, they are very polite, quick, and as far as I can tell, do good work. I have to include that i was given $12 off of my bill in response for reviews, HOWEVER, this was 100% because I could not come up with the $12. They were kind enough to throw me a bone after already giving me a coupon and asked if I'd review after doing so. Seemed like a pretty fair deal to me. THANKS AGAIN!!! This was a godsend coming from a struggling college student who literally did not have $12 to his name after paying for (necessary) repairs. My trip was fairly pricey but i got a few things done and it really wasn't any more than other shops nearby. Thanks again ASR, keep up the good work!

I have been to plenty of mechanic shops and let me start off and say no other shop compares to ASR and Steve being the person I talked with he is very genuine honest person. I came in for a diagnostic quick to figure out the issue the bill is spot on I even researched it was accurate. I told Steve I didn't have enough money for the repair he still had the same positive attitude helping me and letting me know he is available for me whenever I come back now I cant wait to get my car fixed here they truly deserve it not like other shops just RIP you off and get negative when you dont choose them for a repair l. What an awesome experience thanks ASR

The mechanics here are real professionals and I have found ASR to be honest, hardworking shop. Steve in the front office is a great guy— he always hears me out, explains things clearly, is able to be reasoned with, and has gotten me a fair price on all my repairs. Their honda guy even gave me advice to do some work on the car at home, which helped me get off some tricky bolts and replace the starter myself. I recently left Fort Collins to drive my 15 year-old Civic 1,000 miles to my new home of Chicago. I am going to miss having these guys around, but I know I can always call them with questions about my car. You Fort Collinsers are lucky to have such a good shop in town!
