The staff is extremely nice, always great customer service. I am a female and am usually concerned about getting ripped off. However, I feel like they are trustworthy and take pride in their work. I do appreciate all of the help with my car and will now always take mine and my family's cars here. I truly believe they go above and beyond. Thank you!

Hayes Automotive is hands down the best auto repair shop I have ever dealt with. Nick (Manager) went well beyond what he had to do to help. I was driving across country and ended up with a pretty serious issue on my vehicle. Even though they were booked up that day, he still worked me in and had my truck done the same day. Their professionalism was outstanding!! I made it to where I was going thanks to Nick and the team at Hayes Automotive. I highly recommend Hayes Automotive.

Really stuck it to my son for diagnostics. He does not have much money, so it is really sad they would take advantage. Will never take a car there again.

My truck stopped running on a Tuesday night while I was in the Longmont area for a week of training. I initially believed the problem to be a fuel pump so after replacing that on my own Wednesday and not getting the truck to fire, I called Hayes and asked them to take a look at it. I described the symptoms and what I had already done. They received the truck mid morning on Thursday. By the afternoon they had diagnosed the issue and quoted me a price that I was not quite ready to hear but it was fair considering the work that was going to need to be performed. We negotiated down to what it would take to get the truck running and able to pull my travel trailer back to Cripple Creek where I live and do only the work necessary to accomplish that. When it was apparent that they were not going to be able to have my truck ready by the end of my camping reservation (noon on Friday), the manager loaned me his own PERSONAL vehicle to use Friday morning to move my trailer from the site I was required to vacate. I was able to find another site for the weekend and after moving the travel trailer to the new site, returned his vehicle. He then allowed me use of the company truck for the weekend as I was in need of a truck to haul equipment for my baseball team that weekend. Originally the "estimate" was that my truck would be ready by end of the day on Monday. Unfortunately, that did not turn out to be the case. However, they kept the quoted price the same despite the additional labor time involved in the repairs. Also, when I received the invoice, it not only had the cost of labor for the repairs and the price per part, but gave a fair estimate of what it would cost to repair the items we had to forego in the interim due to budgetary constraints. These folks went well above and beyond any service professional I have dealt with anywhere else. They cautioned me about the neglected repairs and advised me that it needs to be dealt with sooner rather than later. They were honest and up front with me regarding the repairs that they had to make in order to meet my need. While I wish I had the funds to have repaired everything at that time, They understood my predicament, and got me back on the road and home as quickly as possible. I strongly recommend this facility to anyone in the Longmont, Firestone area. They do quality work, at a fair price. I would certainly return to them for service if I didn't live 3 hours away!
